RfP issued to shortlisted Agencies

Request for Proposal

The Haryana State Rural Livelihoods Mission requests proposals from the shortlisted agencies for " conducting Baseline Survey in the State of Haryana".

 This Request for Proposal is addressed to the following shortlisted agencies:

  1. Sambodhi Research & Communications Pvt. Ltd.
  2. GfK Mode Pvt. Ltd.
  3. Academy of Management Studies
  4. Mott MacDonald
  5. Sutra Consulting
  6. Centre for Operations Research & Training 

The selection of the firm will be based on Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in a Simplified Technical Proposal (STP) format as discribed in the RfP, in accordance with the procedures set out in the NRLM Procurement Manual. 

All the shortlisted agencies need to inform HSRLM by 30th June, 2014 via e-mail that ; 

  • They have received the Letter of Invitation.
  • Whether they intend to submit the proposal.

Last Date for Proposal submission - 24th July, 2014.
