All purchases made through HSRLM (“We”, “Us”, “Platform”) are governed by this Shipping Policy. By using our Platform, you agree to the terms mentioned herein. This policy explains our procedures for shipping products purchased through HSRLM.
The applicable shipping cost is displayed on each product listing. There are no hidden charges other than what is shown during checkout.
Any customs duties or taxes imposed by authorities must be borne by the Buyer. HSRLM is not responsible for delays caused by customs or government checks.

Sellers must dispatch products within 5 days of receiving an order. If a product is unavailable, the Seller must cancel the order immediately.
If dispatch is not completed within 5 business days, HSRLM will cancel the order, initiate a refund, and notify both the Seller and the Buyer.
Since HSRLM includes products from SHGs, CLFs, FPOs, and PEs across India, delivery time may vary.
Shipment Delays: Weather, strikes, operational issues, or customs delays may affect estimated delivery time. Refunds are not issued solely based on delivery delays.
Our logistics partners usually deliver products within 14 working days, unless stated otherwise.
Orders can be shipped to only one address. For multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed.
Some items may have unique shipping timelines depending on production or handling requirements.
You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address, or because the Buyer is unavailable, the order will be cancelled and returned to the Seller. Shipping, handling and processing charges will be deducted before refunding the remaining amount.
Order changes or cancellations are accepted only before shipment. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are out for delivery.

Once the transaction is completed, payments will be made as per RBI Intermediary Guidelines.
If a product is delivered damaged, tampered or leaking, notify us within 48 hours for us to take action as per the Return & Refund Policy.
Buyers do not need to pay extra for transit insurance — all orders shipped via our logistics partners are insured.
The logistics partner is not responsible for damage after delivery to the Buyer’s address.
