Dear Valued Customer, we want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Please note that each product is handcrafted and unique. Minor irregularities in weave, print, or stitching are natural characteristics of handloom items, not defects.

Some products may use natural dyes and may lightly bleed during initial washes. Please follow the care instructions to prolong product life.

We appreciate your understanding and request thoughtful consideration before raising any return or cancellation request.

Return Policy

Customers may return a product within 7 days of delivery. For damaged or defective items, contact us at care@HSRLM.in within 48 hours with clear images/videos.

Important: Always record an unboxing video from start to finish. This is essential for validating damage claims.

Return Accepted Under These Conditions:

Product is damaged
Packaging is damaged
Product is defective or not working
Poor quality
Missing parts or accessories
Wrong product delivered
Manufacturing defects (size, fit, colour)

Return Will Be Processed Only If:

Product was not damaged while in customer's possession
It is returned with all packaging, tags and invoice
It is unused and in original condition

Note: Return pickup will be attempted a maximum of 3 times.

Non-Returnable Products

Except in cases of wrong product, missing accessories or transit damage:

Products marked “Non-Returnable”
Personal care items
Used or altered items

Requests must be submitted within 7 days with valid proof.

We do not offer exchanges.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after product inspection and approval. Once approved, the refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are always issued to the original mode of payment. No cash refunds.

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided
Logistics partner delivered to the address entered by the customer

Refunds exclude shipping and convenience charges unless the product is proven defective due to our error.
