Some products may use natural dyes and may lightly bleed during initial washes. Please follow the care instructions to prolong product life.

Customers may return a product within 7 days of delivery. For damaged or defective items, contact us at care@HSRLM.in within 48 hours with clear images/videos.
Except in cases of wrong product, missing accessories or transit damage:
Requests must be submitted within 7 days with valid proof.
We do not offer exchanges.
Refunds will be processed only after product inspection and approval. Once approved, the refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.
