Sita Devi joined SHG on 15th August 2018. Before joining SHG she faced numerous financial challenges and had no stable source of income.
After joining the NRLM she took FLCRP Training. During this period, she also completed her graduation. Additionally, she serves as a smooh sakhi.
Sita Devi expanded her skills by undertaking Drone Pilot Training with the following details:
- • 26th October 2023 to 09th November 2023: Training by Remote Pilot Training Organisation, Gurgaon.
- • 27th November 2023 to 1st December 2023: Training by lotech, Gurgaon.
Upon successful completion of the training, she received a drone, which has become a significant source of her livelihood. She secured various job opportunities such as spraying fertilizers in fields and monitoring agricultural work. Currently, she earns more than Rs. 10,000/- per month.
